We visit your property, inspect the exterior, listen to your goals and talk through your options and budget.
Every project starts with a visit to your home. Brendan or an experienced member of our team inspects your siding, windows, doors and building envelope and discusses your priorities. There is no cost and no obligation.

Detailed proposal
Written proposal after the visit
You receive a clear written proposal with material options, a project timeline and transparent pricing.
The proposal sets out the full scope of work, material specifications and price, so you know exactly what you are getting and what it costs. No vague allowances and no hidden fees.

Expert construction
Siding 1 to 3 weeks. Windows and doors 1 to 2 weeks. Note: varies by scale of project.
Once you approve the proposal and materials are ordered, our crew handles every phase of the work.
Brendan oversees each project to keep quality high at every stage. We communicate daily, keep the jobsite clean and work efficiently to limit disruption to your routine.

Final walkthrough
On completion
We walk the finished project with you and make sure every detail meets your expectations.
You receive your warranty information, maintenance recommendations and our direct contact details for any questions after the project is done.
